Across every role, we use AI and modern tools only when they genuinely serve the problem. We choose the right technology, not the flashiest one, because our goal is always the same: to solve real problems and support the people who rely on what we build.

At Threls, we believe it is our responsibility to give back. Our company’s foundation was rooted in community work—our three founders all hail from Xaghra, Gozo, and became friends through their shared dedication to volunteerism. In 2013, they began working together in what is now known as Run Gozo, originally called the Gozo Half Marathon.

This experience shaped our belief in the importance of voluntary organisations in the development of society. We understand firsthand the power of community, and we feel it is our obligation to contribute in meaningful ways. Whether it's through our resources, time, or expertise, we are committed to empowering individuals and supporting initiatives that make a difference—both locally and globally.
