City Sightseeing Gozo is part of the global City Sightseeing brand, offering open-top bus tours across Gozo’s most popular destinations. With a strong presence in Gozo’s tourism industry, the company provides a convenient way for travellers to explore the island, combining transportation with sightseeing experiences. Their operations involve direct ticket sales, partnerships with third party agents, and on-the-ground staff ensuring smooth daily services for thousands of visitors.

City Sightseeing needed a ticketing system that could keep up with the growing demand of passengers each day. Their existing setup relied on manual processes, making it difficult to keep accurate track of ticket sales and performance across different channels, leading to inefficiencies for staff and business agents alike.

To give tourists a seamless, self-service way to purchase tickets online while reducing reliance on on-site sales. At the same time, the system was designed to give City Sightseeing Gozo full visibility and control over sales activity, allowing management to track performance in real time, optimise pricing and promotions, and ensure operational efficiency across peak and off-peak seasons.
We designed and developed a website including bus routes and timetables, ticket purchases, and booking management. Tourists can buy tickets instantly, download them, and receive booking reminders. They can also reschedule bookings automatically. Admins can configure ticket prices, discounts, limits, and blocked dates, as well as view real-time bookings, sales lists, and receipts compliant with EXO standards.
