Some partnerships begin with a brief. This one began with a phone call from a friend.
A trusted friend of one of the Threls founders knew the team at City Sightseeing Gozo. He knew what they were trying to build, and he knew who to call. That introduction — simple, personal, rooted in trust — is how this road began.
When we first sat down with the people behind City Sightseeing Gozo, the picture they described was one we recognised. A business doing something real and visible — open-top buses carrying tourists across one of the Mediterranean’s most distinctive islands — but carrying more operational weight than it needed to. Sales arriving through different channels with no single place to hold them. Agents to manage, tourists to serve. And a team that had come to tourism to build an experience worth having, finding themselves increasingly occupied with the administration of keeping it all moving.
